198 Contemporary Arts and Learning have a number of attractive spaces available to hire at competitive rates. We offer a guest gallery space, a media suite and meeting room all of which are perfect for events such as:

• Seminars and training workshops
• Meetings
• Social Functions
• Xmas gatherings
• Craft fairs
• Film screenings
• Photoshoots
• Yoga retreats and more

Our facilities have full Disabled access and a small kitchen area.

We are also able to arrange catering and provide event management or technical support as required.

Guest space on ground floor with Wi-Fi and access to adjacent kitchen (street facing).

• £150 per half day or evening
• £250 per full day
• £400 per weekend
• £1000 per week.

Available Monday – Friday  daytime, evenings and  weekends. Evening and weekend hires will also incur an additional fee of £12 per hour for invigilation and staff  support.

Media Studio with 12  Mac desktop computer workstations with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Internet/Wi-Fi.

• £200 per evening or  £400 per full day.
