Yellowzine Issue 2 Launch & Exhibition
30th April – 11th May 2018
Yellowzine is a cultural magazine that aims to respond to societies’ marginalisation of artists of colour by creating its own space. The magazine offers a democratic platform that gives equal space to a wide range of voices, experiences and aesthetic preferences within the BAME community in the UK.
This exhibition is in celebration of the second issue launch, and will present a collection of works by artists included in both issues one and two. The first issue looked at the medium of illustration, exploring each artists journey within their practice. This second issue focuses on photography, asking contributing artists to explore the theme of space.
