Administration Assistant
Salary: £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage)
Hours: 15 hours per week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Contract: Temporary until July 2027 (subject to funding and performance)
Support our Creative Learning team in delivering the Lambeth Adult Learning Step Up programme. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, working with people and helping deliver creative learning opportunities that make a real difference in our community.

Development Manager
Salary: £38,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 15 hours per week (2 days, Thursday & Friday)
Contract: Temporary until March 2028 (subject to funding and performance)
Help shape the future of 198 by leading our income generation and audience development strategy. Working closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees, you'll develop partnerships, grow earned income, cultivate supporters and help strengthen the organisation's long-term sustainability.
