STEP UP OCT–DEC 2025

Step-Up courses are back again this year and are a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to explore their creative side or try something new.

You will be learning new skills and refining them each week in our practical workshops, guided by our expert instructors. Our gallery offers both a welcoming and encouraging space to connect and network with like-minded people in your local community, whilst also providing learners access to industry standard equipment and software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.

Introduction to Filmmaking 

Every Tuesday from the 7th of October to 9th December, 11:30am - 5pm

Topics covered: Camera handling and operating, lighting, sound recording, editing and more!

This course is suitable for beginners and people just starting out, but basic computer skills are needed as you will be processing and editing footage digitally.

Art and Design

Every Wednesday from the  8th of October to 10th December, 11:30am - 5pm

Topics covered: Clay sculpting, zine making, vinyl printing and more!

This course is suitable for beginners and people just starting out.

This course will run for 6 weeks, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 10:00am - 2:40pm, from the 28th October 2025 to 10th December
