A retired Human Resources Manager and businessman with extensive knowledge and experience of the corporate, business and community sectors. He was awarded an MBE for his advocacy for Equal Opportunities and work to implement Race Relations legislation in UK.
Alvin Elcock – Vice Chairman
A consultant with extensive experience and knowledge of both the public and voluntary sectors including expertise in funding including the arts, business development and events management.
A founding member of Kids City, an after school and training organisation he has experience and expertise in a wide range of areas including performance, ICT and new media, education and youth work.
A businessman with a background in Building and Construction he has extensive experience of the voluntary and community sector in Lambeth. He has been involved with regeneration in Brixton since the 1980’s.

Founder of The Queen Mother Moore Supplementary School, Secondary School Teacher and Methodist Minister. An active member of the Brixton Community with a particular interest in Afro- centric approaches to education.
Eddie Otchere, Curator ( INSPIRE Fellow,The National Portrait Gallery) and photographer specialising in portraiture. Well known for his exhibitions titled Brixton Graffic Show which brings together work by international urban graphic artists.
A budding entrepreneur and Graphic Designer who started his journey on our creative courses before becoming a founding member of our youth social enterprise – HustleBucks. He also runs a Branding and Communications company called We Are Grounded whilst mentoring the young people who attend 198CAL education programs.
